Overview

Lovely ("we", "us", "our") is a mindful writing app that helps you capture positive reflections across your past, present, and future. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to provide the service to you.

What we collect

  • Account info: Your email address and name, used to create and manage your account.
  • Your entries: The reflections you write — including content, timeframe, category, vibe, and word count. These are private to you.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics like streak counts and feature usage, to improve the app.
  • Payment info: When you upgrade to Premium, payment is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We never see or store your card details — only a record that the purchase happened.

How we use your data

  • To show you your own entries and writing streaks.
  • To manage your subscription and Premium access.
  • To improve the app and fix issues.
  • To send essential account emails (password reset, security).

We do not sell your data. We do not share your entries with anyone.

Data security

Your entries are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your authenticated account. We use row-level security so no other user can read or modify your reflections. Payment processing is handled by our certified payment provider, not by us directly.

Your rights

You can delete your entries at any time within the app. You can cancel your Premium subscription whenever you like. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll process it promptly.

Children's privacy

Lovely is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
